RevOps automation that keeps the CRM clean without a cleanup sprint

What RevOps automation covers

What it is

RevOps owns the process and the data, and spends much of its time repairing both. Duplicate accounts, missing fields, leads routed to the wrong rep, stale opportunities. Each is small. Together they undermine every report.

Automation handles them at the point they occur. New records are enriched and checked for duplicates when they arrive. Leads are scored and routed by rules you set. Opportunities with no activity trigger an alert. Every write goes through validation and is logged, so you can see and undo what changed.

AI helps in the parts rules cannot do: reading emails and call notes, classifying inbound requests, matching messy company names. Rules and code handle the rest, because they are cheaper and easier to audit.

Is this the right fit?

Where this wins

RevOps teams spending hours on CRM cleanup

Deduplication, field standardization and enrichment running continuously.

Teams with unclear lead routing

Rules and scoring that send the right lead to the right person quickly.

Leaders who do not trust the pipeline report

Hygiene alerts and consistent inputs, so forecast conversations start from clean data.

  • RevOps teams spending hours on CRM cleanup Deduplication, field standardization and enrichment running continuously.
  • Teams with unclear lead routing Rules and scoring that send the right lead to the right person quickly.
  • Leaders who do not trust the pipeline report Hygiene alerts and consistent inputs, so forecast conversations start from clean data.

When NOT to use this

  • There is no agreed sales process. Automating a process nobody agrees on creates arguments faster.
  • You expect AI to forecast revenue for you. We improve the inputs, the forecast stays a human judgment.
  • Your CRM is being replaced within months. Migrate first, automate after.

How a RevOps automation project runs

How it works

Audit the data first, because automation on top of unmapped fields spreads the mess.

Typical timeline

Results from comparable work

Results

Achieved results only. Clients that have not agreed to be named are described instead.

Agents do pre-call research, update the CRM and score leads automatically. Research time per prospect dropped and the sales team's conversion rate went up.

Every inquiry is scored and followed up automatically in the right language, and the full journey from inquiry to treatment is tracked in one place.

One engineer sat inside the live product and the outbound tooling at once. Visitor signals now flow straight into outbound targeting with no manual work, and the engineer became a standing part of the product team.

How this is priced

Pricing

We do not sell fixed packages sight unseen. The number depends on how many systems the work touches, and the audit call tells you that number before you commit to anything.

Single workflow

Low four figures

One focused workflow live in one to two weeks, with error handling, retries and monitoring built in from day one.

Full system

Scoped after an audit call

AI steps, monitoring and integrations across several systems, typically four to eight weeks. No template price, because scope drives the cost.

Embedded engineer

From $60,000/year

A dedicated engineer building and maintaining the work inside your team, instead of a scoped project.

What is RevOps data automation?

RevOps data automation keeps CRM records accurate without manual cleanup. New records are enriched and checked for duplicates when they arrive, fields are standardized, and stale or incomplete opportunities trigger an alert. Every automated write is validated and logged, so the reports built on the CRM start from data the team trusts.

Can you automate pipeline and outbound reporting for RevOps?

We automate the inputs those reports read from. Fields and stages are standardized, and stale or incomplete records are flagged before they skew a pipeline or outbound report. The reports stay in your CRM or BI tool. We do not present an AI-generated revenue forecast as fact.

Can AI clean our CRM automatically?

Most of it, with limits. Duplicates, formats and missing fields can be handled by rules and enrichment. Ambiguous merges go to a person. Every change is logged and can be reviewed.

Do you replace our lead scoring model?

We implement the criteria you agree on and can add signals from product and site data. We do not claim a model predicts revenue. We show which signals lead to meetings and tune from there.

Which CRM do you support?

Any CRM with an API, connected with scoped credentials. We work in the CRM you have instead of asking you to move.

What does it cost?

A single focused workflow starts in the low four figures. Full systems are scoped after an audit call. An embedded engineer starts from $60,000/year.

How is this different from hiring a GTM engineer?

RevOps automation focuses on data quality, routing and reporting. A GTM engineer also builds signals and outbound systems. See the hire a GTM engineer page if you want the full loop.
