Startup acceleration

A working SaaS MVP your first users can log into, in 30 days, at a fixed price

A senior engineer directs AI agents through scoping (days 1-5), build (days 6-20), integrations and security (days 21-25), and QA and go-live (days 26-30). The price is fixed. The scope call tells you if your idea fits 30 days before you commit.

You can leave with just the scope and the real cost, no build commitment.

Your code. Your infrastructure. Production guardrails. Built around your workflow. One accountable engineering team.

Why a 30-day sprint beats a long build

A fixed-price 30-day sprint puts a working product in front of real users before you spend months of runway on guesses. One senior engineer scopes the smallest version that answers your core question, then directs AI agents through the build. By day 30 people can log in, pay, and give feedback.

We build to one metric: time to a real user testing a real product. One senior engineer scopes the smallest version that answers your core question, then runs a fleet of AI agents through the build so the timeline holds. You get something people can log into, pay for, and complain about, not a deck.

Why the slow build kills early-stage ideas

Wanting a flawless product before launch is the most common founder mistake we see. It drains your runway and delays the one thing that actually de-risks the business: real user feedback.

The cost of an open-ended dev cycle

A team building features nobody has asked for yet is burning runway on guesses. Every month spent coding without a user in the loop is a month you can't get back before the next raise.

Losing the first-mover advantage

While you perfect a dashboard for six months, a leaner competitor ships a basic version, gets in front of your users first, and starts building the brand loyalty you wanted. Speed is the actual moat at this stage.

Built lean, built for the next stage

We do not build bloated software. Every MVP is scoped to validate your hypothesis and get to your first revenue, nothing more.

One must-have feature, cut ruthlessly

We work with you to name the single feature that solves your user's real problem, then cut everything else from the 30-day scope. The agents build against that scope, the engineer keeps it from creeping.

Built to get real usage fast

The goal is your product in front of customers, not a longer feature list. Real usage gives us the data to iterate the architecture around actual demand instead of internal guesses.

Who does what: the engineer decides, the agents build

One senior engineer makes the architecture decisions and reviews every line. AI agents, including Claude Code, write and test the scaffolding. You deal with one accountable person instead of coordinating several freelancers or a committee. Modern low-code platforms are not drag-and-drop toy builders. We use them to skip thousands of hours of repetitive backend work, so a secure product ships in weeks instead of getting stuck in a hiring queue.

Where the fleet does the work

  • Rapid prototyping: agents build your data models and interfaces visually, cutting front-end build time significantly against a from-scratch build.
  • Native integrations: your MVP connects to Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, and your CRM without custom middleware.
  • Security handled by the platform: SSL, database encryption, and authentication are managed by the underlying infrastructure, not bolted on after launch.

What happens after day 30

The engineer designs the database and logic for your first users. After launch you can continue with engineer placement, maintenance, automation, or a product iteration sprint.

Startup acceleration questions

Practical answers about scope, delivery, ownership, and working with ManasFlow.

Can you really launch an MVP in 30 days?

Yes, if the scope fits. The sprint runs scoping in days 1-5, build in days 6-20, integrations and security in days 21-25, and QA and go-live in days 26-30. We build the smallest product that can validate the business. If your scope will not fit, the roadmap call says so before you commit.

Can you build an AI-powered SaaS MVP in 30 days?

Yes, when the AI feature is part of the core workflow the MVP has to validate. An LLM feature or an agent step is built inside the same 30-day sprint, by the same engineer who handles the rest of the product. If the AI scope is too large for 30 days, the roadmap call says so before you commit.

Do you use low-code or custom code?

Whichever is the fastest reliable path. Some MVPs run on low-code infrastructure, others need custom Next.js, APIs, auth, payments, and AI integrations. The agents handle the scaffolding either way, our engineer decides the architecture.

What do we need before starting?

A clear target user, the core workflow, and the decision you want the MVP to validate. We help shape the rest on the roadmap call.

Can you support the product after launch?

Yes. We can continue with engineer placement, maintenance, automation, or a product iteration sprint after the first launch.

Are you a SaaS MVP agency, or do you place individual freelance developers?

We're an agency team. Architecture, build, API integrations, and QA are covered under one 30-day sprint, run by one senior engineer and a fleet of agents, not split across freelance hires you'd have to coordinate yourself.

Do you offer SaaS MVP consulting without a full build commitment?

Yes. The roadmap call scopes the smallest viable product and the real cost before you commit to the build sprint, so you can walk away with just the scope if that's all you need.
