Enrichment without rules
Every provider runs on every row, even when the first one already found the email. Credits drain and costs grow with volume. We order waterfalls by hit rate and cost and stop at the first valid result.
We build Clay tables that find the right accounts, enrich them through a waterfall of providers, research them with Claygent and score them, then push clean records into your CRM, Instantly or HeyReach. Built by GTM engineers, documented so your team can run it.

Clay is a GTM data platform: it pulls accounts and contacts from dozens of data providers, enriches them in a spreadsheet-like table, runs AI research with Claygent and sends the results to your other tools. A Clay agency builds those tables and the workflows around them.
Most teams open Clay, build one impressive table, then watch it break when credits run out or the data stops matching the CRM. We design Clay as part of the pipeline: what triggers a row, which providers run in what order, what counts as good data, and where each record goes next. One client's site visitor signals now flow straight into outbound targeting with nobody touching a spreadsheet.
Clay can do almost anything with data. Without a design behind it, it also spends credits on almost anything.

Great tables that someone exports by hand once a week. Fields get out of sync and reps work stale data. We push records into HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio automatically, with dedupe rules.
AI research columns produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. We write prompts with a fixed output format, test them on a sample and add checks before results reach a rep.
Clay tables, the signals that feed them and the integrations that use their output.
Company and contact enrichment across several providers, ordered by hit rate and cost, with email and phone verification and a clear rule for when a record is good enough.
Tables that react to job changes, hiring, funding, tech stack changes, website visits and other triggers, so you contact accounts when there is a reason to.
AI research per account with structured outputs, ICP scoring and personalized first lines your reps can check before anything sends.
Clay connected to HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Instantly and HeyReach through native integrations, webhooks or n8n, with dedupe and ownership rules.
We design the data flow before we build the first column, so tables stay affordable and useful as volume grows.

A system your team can run or we keep running
Clay rewards people who think in systems. We build GTM systems every week, with Clay as one part of a pipeline that ends in booked meetings.

We design from signal to CRM to outreach, so Clay output always has a destination and an owner.
Waterfalls stop at the first valid result and run only on rows that pass your ICP filter. You see what each table costs.
Claygent and Claude steps use fixed formats and sample tests, so a bad AI answer does not reach a prospect.
Everything lives in your Clay workspace and is documented. Your team can run it, change it or hand it to a new hire.
Share your ICP and the tools Clay should feed. We tell you which signals and providers to use and where the data should land.

Before we build
Practical answers about scope, delivery, ownership, and working with ManasFlow.
Clay helps go-to-market teams find, enrich and research prospects. It pulls data from many providers into one table, runs AI research on each row and sends the results to your CRM and outreach tools. Teams use it to build targeted lists and react to buying signals.
A Clay agency builds and runs Clay tables for you: enrichment waterfalls, signal tracking, AI research and the integrations into your CRM and outreach tools. Some agencies also run the outbound campaigns that use the data. We do both.
Start from your ICP and a trigger, such as hiring or a site visit. Clay finds matching accounts and contacts, enriches them through a waterfall, scores them, writes a first line with Claygent and pushes qualified rows to your CRM and sequencer. The table then refreshes on its own.
Claygent is Clay's AI research agent. It visits websites and searches the web to answer a question per row, such as whether a company sells to enterprises or what tools it mentions on its careers page. It works best with tight prompts and a fixed answer format.
Claygent runs on Clay credits, so cost scales with how many rows you research and how heavy each prompt is. Filtering rows by ICP before research and using lighter prompts keeps it affordable. We show you the credit cost per table before it runs at volume.
A single focused workflow starts in the low four figures. A full implementation or a multi-tool system is a custom quote after a discovery call, because cost follows the number of users, objects, integrations and how much data has to move. If you want one engineer on it full time, an embedded GTM engineer starts from $60,000/year. Clay credits are billed by Clay to your workspace.
A GTM engineer builds the systems that connect signals, enrichment, the CRM and outreach. You do not need one to try Clay, but you do once Clay has to run reliably every day. You can hire one through us, or have our team build and run the system.
Salaries vary widely by location and seniority, and Clay does not publish its internal pay bands on this topic. If you are comparing the cost of an in-house hire, an embedded GTM engineer through ManasFlow starts from $60,000/year.
Yes. Clay has native CRM integrations, and we use webhooks or n8n when you need custom logic. We add dedupe and ownership rules so Clay updates existing records instead of creating duplicates.
Yes. Qualified rows go straight into Instantly campaigns or HeyReach lists, with the signal and personalized first line attached. That is how we run our own outbound.
Yes. We audit your tables, remove wasted enrichment, reorder waterfalls, tighten Claygent prompts and connect the output to your CRM. Most teams cut credit spend and get more usable rows after the cleanup.
Apollo is a contact database with built-in sequencing. Clay is a data workflow tool that can use Apollo and many other sources together. Small teams often start with Apollo; teams that need better coverage, signals and custom research move to Clay or use both.
