n8n consulting for workflows that already exist and keep breaking

n8n consulting

Free 30-min call. No pitch, no slides.

Your code. Your infrastructure. Production guardrails. Built around your workflow. One accountable engineering team.

What n8n consulting covers

What it is

Most problems we find are the same handful. No error workflow, so failures go unnoticed. Credentials shared across everything. One giant workflow doing ten jobs. Polling where a webhook would do. No backups of the workflow definitions.

We review the instance, list findings by risk and fix the top ones with you. The output is a written review plus fixes, not a lecture.

This page is for advice and rescue. If you need a full build or an ongoing managed service, our n8n agency page covers building, self-hosting and maintaining workflows you own.

Is this the right fit?

Where this wins

Teams whose workflows fail without anyone noticing

We add error workflows, alerts and a place where failures show up.

Instances that grew organically

Duplicated logic, unclear ownership and tangled credentials that a review can untangle.

Teams choosing between n8n, Make, Zapier and code

A factual comparison for your workloads covering privacy, scale, cost model and maintenance.

When NOT to use this

  • You have no n8n yet and want a full build. Use the n8n agency page instead.
  • You need enterprise scaling and high availability. See the n8n enterprise automation page.
  • The workflows are small and healthy. A review would tell you that, but you may not need one.

How an n8n consulting engagement runs

How it works

A short review, ranked findings and fixes on the top items. Small and fast.

Typical timeline

One week for a review, two to four weeks including fixes

Stack we build with

n8n · PostgreSQL · Docker · Webhooks · TypeScript · Python

Access and inventory

Read-only access to the instance. We list workflows, triggers, credentials and execution history.

Review

Check error handling, credentials, structure, performance and backup state.

Fix the top findings

Add error workflows and alerts, split oversized workflows and tighten credentials.

Decide next steps

Agree what to rebuild, what to leave and whether ongoing maintenance makes sense.

  • 01 Access and inventory Day 1 to 3 Read-only access to the instance. We list workflows, triggers, credentials and execution history. Deliverable Workflow inventory
  • 02 Review Week 1 Check error handling, credentials, structure, performance and backup state. Deliverable Written review with findings ranked by risk
  • 03 Fix the top findings Week 2 to 3 Add error workflows and alerts, split oversized workflows and tighten credentials. Deliverable Fixed workflows and alerting
  • 04 Decide next steps Week 3 to 4 Agree what to rebuild, what to leave and whether ongoing maintenance makes sense. Deliverable Recommendation and maintenance option

What we usually fix

Use cases

Marketing Operations Automation

Creative Automation

Legal & Compliance Automation

Saved €10K in Fines

Silent failures

No error workflow, so a broken step goes unnoticed for weeks.

One workflow doing ten jobs

Split into pieces that can be tested and understood.

Shared credentials

Access scoped per workflow, so one leak does not expose everything.

What you have after 30 days

First 30 days

You can see failures, and the riskiest workflows are fixed.

Written review

Week 1

Findings ranked by risk, in plain language, with the evidence for each.

Error workflow and alerts

Week 2

Failures reach a channel your team watches, instead of disappearing.

Top workflows refactored

Week 3

The highest-risk workflows split, retried and documented.

Decision on what next

Day 30

Rebuild, leave or maintain, with the reasoning written down.

Scope and exclusions

Scope

In scope

  • Architecture and workflow review with findings ranked by risk
  • Error handling, retries and alerting added to critical workflows
  • Credential and access review
  • Refactoring of the highest-risk workflows
  • Tool comparison for your workloads

Not in scope

  • Building large new automation programmes, which is agency work
  • Managing your infrastructure day to day unless under a maintenance plan
  • Rewriting healthy workflows for style
  • Support for other tools we have not reviewed

Results from comparable work

Results

Achieved workflow results. These are not claims about which tool was used in each case.

Agents do pre-call research, update the CRM and score leads automatically. Research time per prospect dropped and the sales team's conversion rate went up.

Over 1,200 content assets classified into a usable dataset across five markets, briefing-to-script time cut by eight days, and a campaign builder now running their content pipeline.

The creative production workflow was rebuilt around AI. Batches that took five days now ship in under 24 hours with the same team, a 10x jump in throughput.

How this is priced

Pricing

We do not sell fixed packages sight unseen. The number depends on how many systems the work touches, and the audit call tells you that number before you commit to anything.

Single workflow

Low four figures

One focused workflow live in one to two weeks, with error handling, retries and monitoring built in from day one.

Full system

Scoped after an audit call

AI steps, monitoring and integrations across several systems, typically four to eight weeks. No template price, because scope drives the cost.

Embedded engineer

From $60,000/year

A dedicated engineer building and maintaining the work inside your team, instead of a scoped project.

Before we build

At a glance questions

Practical answers about scope, delivery, ownership, and working with ManasFlow.

How is this different from your n8n agency page?

The agency page is for building, self-hosting and maintaining workflows for you. This page is for advice, review and rescue of workflows that already exist. Many clients start here and move to a build or maintenance plan.

Do we need to give you access to production?

We start with read-only access to review the instance and execution history. Changes are made with your approval, and workflows are backed up before we touch them.

Can you migrate us from Zapier or Make?

Yes, when it makes sense. We compare the options factually first, covering cost model, data privacy, scale and maintenance, and recommend migration only where it pays back.

What does it cost?

A review and a small set of fixes is scoped as a focused engagement, starting in the low four figures for a single workflow. Larger reviews are scoped after a call.

Can you maintain the instance afterwards?

Yes. Monitoring, updates and fixes run under a maintenance plan, described on the automation maintenance page.
