What CRM implementation services include

What it is

CRM implementation services cover four jobs: configuring the CRM around how you actually sell, migrating records from the old system or spreadsheets, connecting the tools that feed it, and automating the upkeep so the data stays usable. Most projects fail on the fourth job, not the first three.

A CRM nobody maintains becomes a CRM nobody trusts. The same person gets added twice from a web form, a list import and a rep typing by hand. Nobody merges the duplicates because it is nobody's job. Two reps work the same account without knowing it, a new lead sits unrouted for days, and reps go back to private spreadsheets. It is an ownership problem more than a software problem.

So we build the ownership into the system. Stages and the fields reps must fill become dropdowns instead of free text. Duplicates are blocked at entry and merged on a schedule. Deals with no activity get flagged. One named person gets a short weekly digest instead of a cleanup project every quarter.

Each platform has its own page with what we build on it and how the work runs.

HubSpot CRM setup, migration from another CRM, and workflows your reps actually use.

Salesforce implementation and automation

Salesforce setup, data migration, flows and managed upkeep for sales teams.

Zoho CRM implementation

Zoho CRM configuration, Deluge automation and integrations with the rest of Zoho One.

Pipedrive consultants

Pipedrive pipelines, automations and integrations for small sales teams.

Attio CRM setup

Is this the right fit?

Fit check

Where this wins

Teams moving to a new CRM

A HubSpot migration, a move to Salesforce, or leaving spreadsheets behind. We map fields first, run a dry run on a copy, and only then move live records.

Teams whose CRM already drifted

The CRM is live but full of duplicates, stalled deals and free-text stages. We clean it once and automate the weekly check so it does not drift back.

Sales teams of roughly 10 to 80 people without a RevOps hire

Nobody owns the data by default. We give one person a weekly slot and the tooling to make it a 15 minute job.

When NOT to use this

  • You have not chosen how you sell yet. Define the pipeline stages first, or the CRM will encode guesses.
  • You want a CRM picked for you with no say from the sales team. Reps who were not asked will not use it, whatever we build.
  • Your main need is Salesforce or HubSpot licensing and admin seats. We implement and automate, we do not resell licences.

How a CRM implementation runs

How it works

We start from how a deal moves today and design the CRM around it, then move the data, then automate the upkeep. Live records are touched only after a dry run passes.

Typical timeline

Single CRM setups in about 2 to 4 weeks; migrations with integrations typically 4 to 8 weeks

Stack we build with

HubSpot · Salesforce · Zoho CRM · Pipedrive · Attio · n8n · Slack · PostgreSQL

Sales process mapping

Trace one lead from first touch to closed deal with the people who work it. Agree the stages, the required fields and who owns what.

Configuration

Objects, stages, dropdown fields, permissions and views set up in the CRM you chose.

Migration with a dry run

Field mapping, deduplication and a full test import on a copy, with counts reconciled against the source before the live move.

Routing and automation

Lead routing, scoring, task creation and integrations with your forms, email and outbound tools, built on the CRM's own workflows or n8n.

Hygiene and handover

Weekly job for duplicates, deals with no activity in 14 days and deals stuck in one stage, posted as a digest to one owner. Then training and a runbook.

Results from CRM and sales automation work

Results

Achieved results only. Clients that have not agreed to be named are described instead.

Agents do pre-call research, update the CRM and score leads automatically. Research time per prospect dropped and the sales team's conversion rate went up.

Every inquiry is scored and followed up automatically in the right language, and the full journey from inquiry to treatment is tracked in one place.

Meetings are recorded and turned into text automatically, documents are read and filed without re-typing, and client updates reach the right notary the moment they happen.

How this is priced

Pricing

We do not sell fixed packages sight unseen. The number depends on how many systems the work touches, and the audit call tells you that number before you commit to anything.

Single workflow

Low four figures

One focused workflow live in one to two weeks, with error handling, retries and monitoring built in from day one.

Full system

Scoped after an audit call

AI steps, monitoring and integrations across several systems, typically four to eight weeks. No template price, because scope drives the cost.

Embedded engineer

From $60,000/year

A dedicated engineer building and maintaining the work inside your team, instead of a scoped project.

What are CRM implementation services?

CRM implementation services are the work of setting up a CRM around your sales process, migrating your existing data into it, connecting the tools that feed it and automating the upkeep. We cover all four, on HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Attio.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A single CRM setup with clean data usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks. A migration from another CRM with integrations and routing typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. The mapping call in week one tells you which one you are looking at.

How do you handle a HubSpot or Salesforce migration without losing data?

We map every field, run a full test import on a copy, and reconcile record counts, owners and associations against the source before touching live records. The old system stays read-only until the team signs off.

What does CRM implementation cost?

A single focused workflow is low four figures. A full implementation with migration and integrations is scoped after an audit call, because the number of systems and records drives the cost. An embedded engineer starts from $60,000/year.

Which CRM should we choose?

It depends on team size, how complex your deals are and what else you run. We use Attio ourselves. On the call we compare the options against your process and recommend one, including when the right answer is to keep the CRM you have.
